JANUARY • 2022 • EDITION
Meal solutions, curated resources and practical tips for living an emotionally healthy life with a food-sensitive baby.
Dear Friend,
Can you believe it’s 2022? Welcome to a new, fresh year! In thinking about 2021, you may be thinking “uhhh, yeahhh see you LATER 2021!”
For many of us, it was quite another crazy year. But 2021 may have also been the birth year of your little one and that is something special to celebrate!
This month’s Thrive Guide is all about new beginnings. It’s an invitation for you to create a new start in some area of your breastfeeding journey.
Maybe it’s finally making the plunge and cutting out hidden soy.
Perhaps you are anticipating weaning.
Or you have a goal to start saving money on food costs.
Maybe you want to start exercising again.
Or you have a big transition, such as going back to work and daycare.
…Whatever your new beginning looks like, we’re diving into all of these topics in the January Thrive Guide.
I hope you’ll join in on the January workout challenge and take advantage of the accountability—we can all use some of that, right?!
There are prizes sooo…no excuses…k? This is a SMALL commitment and many of the exercises involve your baby!
Go ahead and pencil in a date for yourself to sit down and read the Thrive Guide. Maybe make the energy bites recipe below with a cup of tea to go with it!
I’d love for you to share what your new beginning is. Use the hashtag #FWBNewBeginning2022 and tag @fedwellbaby on Instagram!
Here’s to a new year!
