Meal solutions, curated resources and practical tips for living an emotionally healthy life with a food-sensitive baby.

Dear Friend,

February can feel kind of like a “blah” month for many. We’re sick of the cold. Sick of being sick. Sometimes feeling like the new year isn’t quite what we’d hoped it might be with our new year’s resolutions.

Let’s redeem February shall we? There’s enough variety in this Thrive Guide to give you a little Inspo to make a small change or implement something new that I think is going to add some spark to your month.

And let’s not forget, despite how cheesy you think Hallmark holidays are, Valentine’s Day is around the corner. That’s 100% a reason to eat chocolate, so big plus there for February!

And yes…I have chocolate suggestions for you that is safe! You’ll find some online options you can purchase, as well as some homemade recipes. And if you don’t like chocolate (crazy person!) or can’t have it right now, there are a few non-chocolate options as well.

We’re continuing the conversation about weaning this month! We’re also taking a deep dive into some nutritional aspects for YOUR health with our best multivitamin round-up, conversation about how nutrition plays into postpartum depression, and a close look at DHA. I really hope you take the time to read these sections. In particular, I felt so compelled to share what I am learning about DHA through my nutritional program—it’s so crucial for you and baby!

February’s Guide has something for all the stages of this breastfeeding through food sensitivities journey, and I hope that this adds a little spark to your February!
