Breastfeeding or pumping is such a sacrificial season, particularly with food restrictions! We can become so focused on our babies that we forget about ourselves. It’s so easy to get discouraged and question whether we are doing things the right way. Family members who don’t support breastfeeding or our child’s allergies can be incredibly taxing mentally. Overall, it can feel like a long season.

In light of all of that, we’re taking the whole month of May and focusing on ways to create space for self care, rest and intentionality. This applies to you whether you are a mother, breastfeeding or not, or just have a little one who is food-sensitive.

We created a 31 Day May Allergy Mom Challenge and you can print the calendar below! Each of these daily challenges are just short little ways to help you thrive this month.
