DECEMBER • 2021 • EDITION

Meal solutions, curated resources and practical tips for living an emotionally healthy life with a food-sensitive baby.

Dear Friend,

December is such a busy time and can often feel like a blur, so this is your invitation to pause, sit and relax a little with the December Thrive Guide.

One thing in particular that can pop up around the holidays with all the extra stress and busyness is mastitis (big groan) so I’ve got you covered this month with some tips to avoid that!

To me, Thriving in December means being able to make and eat cookies, not losing my mind traveling with a baby in the car, and finding an alcoholic beverage I can have on NYE.

I’ve also got you covered with lots of allergy friendly sick remedies for you or baby…because this time of year also unfortunately brings the yuck!

We’re also talking this month about whether you can have a cheat day on the holidays (you can, but should you?)

I really want to encourage you to take advantage of the December challenge which probably will elicit a giggle because it’s all about fats and hellooo holidays! But I’m talking about healthy fats here, with some specific suggestions to keep you fueled.

Your nutrition is so important my friend. This Thrive Guide is all about making sure YOU are thriving during this season of breast feeding a food sensitive little one!

Schedule some alone time to relax and read through this before things get too crazy this month!

You are doing amazing. So glad you are here.

Susanna
